T30UX Series Temp Compensation Ultrasonic Sensors

This compact, right-angle ultrasonic sensor with built-in temperature compensation is available in analog or configurable discrete models and has a 3 m sensing range. The sensor delivers high-accuracy performance with built-in temperature compensation across a wide range of ambient temperatures. The configurable discrete model allows users to select normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) output and NPN or PNP output type.

S18U Series Barrel Ultrasonic Sensor

The barrel ultrasonic sensor is ideal for material handling and packaged goods applications such as bottling, liquid level detection or control for small containers, with a sensing range of up to 300 mm. This compact sensor is available in straight or right-angle versions with a wide variety of mounting hardware for enhanced sensing versatility. The S18U Series features a minimal dead zone and eliminates the dead zone if used in retrosonic mode.

QT50U 8 m Range Chemical Resistant Sensor

The QT50U features a completely sealed, shock-resistant housing that is ideal for tank level monitoring of liquids as well as solids. This sensor uses a narrow sensing beam to detect targets at long range (up to 8 m) within confined areas, such as a storage tank, without interference from the tank walls. The sensor is available in chemically resistant models with a Teflon coating to protect the transducer.

M25U Series Stainless Steel IP69K Ultrasonic Sensors

These waterproof, stainless steel sensors are purpose-built to deliver flawless operation in food processing and other sanitary industries as dual range/dual speed opposed mode sensors ideal for sensing clear objects or materials. This sensor features smooth 316 series stainless steel construction to withstand the toughest sanitary environments and is rated IP69K, IEC IP67 (NEMA 6) with fully encapsulated electronics.

QS18U Series Compact High Speed Ultrasonic Sensor

This low-cost ultrasonic sensor in the popular WORLD-BEAM housing detects items regardless of color, material or transparency, sensing within a 50 to 500 mm window with a 15 millisecond response time. The QS18U Series compensates for variations in air temperature and offers a wide operating range of -20° to 60° C. This sensor is available in encapsulated models rated IP67 or IP68 for a range of harsh conditions.

T30U Series 2 m Range Pump Control Sensor

This right-angle sensor with a 30 mm threaded barrel and sensing range up to 2 m is popular for pump-in pump-out switching logic for tank level monitoring. This sensor offers dual-discrete models for ON/OFF switching or pump/level control and is also available with analog output for applications requiring a continuous current or voltage output. The T30U Series allows remote programming with an external switch, computer or controller for added security and convenience.

Q45U Series Versatile Ultrasonic Sensors

The Q45U Series sensor accepts programming storage cards for fast, easy sensing parameter changes with ranges of 100 to 1400 mm for short-range sensing or 0.25 to 3.0 m for long-range sensing. This sensor simplifies setup with push-button TEACH programming of near/far limits of the sensing window, features programmable response speeds and accepts programming storage cards for fast and easy sensing parameter changes.

Q45UR Series Remote Transducer Ultrasonic Sensor

This sensor offers precision programmability to resolve object presence to within 0.6 mm, in a plastic or stainless steel housing with the choice of three remote sensing heads for use in confined or difficult environments. This sensor requires remote transducers for sensing in otherwise inaccessible areas. The Q45UR Series includes built-in temperature compensation on its remote sensing head and an operating temperature range of -25° to 70° C.

T18U Series Opposed Mode Sensor

The T18U Series features a high-frequency ultrasonic emitter and tuned receiver for accurate opposed-mode sensing, plus a T-style right-angle housing with an 18 mm threaded nose. This sensor offers a response time of two milliseconds and range of 600 mm for longer-range applications, and an ultra-fast response time of one millisecond with a range of 300 mm for high-speed applications, such as counting.

K50U Series Wireless Ultrasonic Sensors

The Sure Cross U-GAGE K50U wireless ultrasonic sensor makes it easy to monitor mobile and remotely located tanks and totes. This sensor works in a variety of environments to provide a measurement of the distance between the target and the sensor, and is designed to be used with a Banner Wireless Node or Multihop Modbus Radio, creating a cost-effective, easy-to-use wireless solution.
