V780 Series UHF RFID Systems

The V780 series offers stable and reliable long-distance communications, even in high-mix production lines, identifying objects in various sizes on a line or carts that take different routes. Even when two or more RF tags exist in the communication range, the reader/writer can read just the target tag in front of it, reading RF tags in the order in which they are conveyed while ignoring RF tags on pallets around the line. In addition to V780 RF tags, RF tags that conform to ISO/IEC 18000-63 (ISO/IEC 18000-6 Type C) can be used.

Many RFID applications require sensing of multiple tags simultaneously with tags facing in different directions – for example, a pallet of RFID-tagged parts where each tag is oriented differently. For applications like these, and others where a multiple-antenna system improves performance, the V780 offers a cost-effective way to network up to 8 antennas with a master control unit that passes tag data to an automation controller or PC-based control system.

The new V780 UHF RFID slave unit allows EtherNet networking with a central V780 unit. Ideal for the automotive industry and others, this easy-to-use, long-range RFID technology facilitates the process of uniquely identifying large objects like car bodies.

V680S Series HF Band RFID

V680S systems are general-purpose, medium-range RFID with a selection of ID tags, including compact heat-resistant models. The V680 S connects with just one cable via built-in Ethernet, reducing wiring work. Three types of industrial Ethernet protocols enable connection to any type of PLC with easy programming. Multiple reader/writers can easily be connected by using a switching hub, with simple configuration of system design and expansion.

V680 Series HF RFID Systems

The V680 series features electromagnetic induction and proprietary technologies to enable high-speed, high-reliability communication. This series of devices includes many useful startup and operational features, such as the visualization of communication status. Even in global markets and manufacturing bases, these devices comply with the radio laws in all major countries to enable a consistent global deployment that provides traceability and production information management capability.

V640S Series LF Band RFID

This RFID system for semiconductor applications supports reading and writing of Texas Instruments transponders. The embedded web browser function provides easy configuration and read/write testing. The V640S conforms to RFID wireless interface standards (ISO/IEC 18000-2) and SEMI standards (E4, E5, E99, E15.1, E144-0312).
