Banner Engineering’s preassembled and preconfigured multi-segment LED tower lights replace conventional stack lights, which often require time-consuming assembly and complex wiring. Various tower light indicator models result in customized solutions, including a choice of AC or DC supply power, three audible output options, standard or high light intensities and quick-disconnect or pre-wired options.

TL50 Pro Series Tower Lights

Banner TL50 Pro Series tower lights provide advanced, customized indication and are now available in models compatible with Pro Editor software for in-field control and customization of colors and animations without requiring IO-Link communication. Like the previously released IO-Link models, the new Pro Editor models provide highly visible indication of dynamic machine statuses including warm-up, transitional states, material level and more. Programmable RGB indicators make supply chains more efficient by allowing users to standardize on fewer models of TL50 Pro tower light indicators that can be customized as needed. Standardizing on a few models of customizable lights saves inventory costs and eliminates lengthy lead times for new configurations.

In addition to providing traditional status information with each segment, the whole TL50 Pro can be used to indicate the following dynamic statuses:

• Transitional states
• Takt time indication
• Part counting
• Material level indication

TL70 Series 70mm Modular LED Tower Light Indicator

Big, bright tower lights come preassembled or as modular segments for customized indication. Lights are gray when off to eliminate false indication.

TL70 Modular LED Tower Light Segments

Segments for the TL70 tower light come in a variety of single color, multicolor and audible modules. They can combine up to six modules in one device.

TL50 Core Series 50 mm LED Tower Lights

These LED tower light indicators are highly visible and simple to install with no assembly required. They display up to 7 colors and are available with IO-Link.

CL50 Series 50 mm LED Column Lights

These lights offer rugged, cost-effective and easy-to-install multi-color indication in a single segment with no controller needed. Models with one to three colors are available.

TL30 Basic Series

Compact 30 mm tower light indicators provide easy-to-see operator guidance and status indication on small machines and in areas where staff work in close proximity to equipment.
