Mitsubishi Electric Automation’s LoadMate Plus robotic cells are an engineered solution designed for use as a standalone configurable robot stand or in larger automation applications to speed integration and production startup. LoadMate Plus offers a variety of options, including stand size, robot model, extension mount, safety glass enclosure, safety features and interface options.

LoadMate Plus robotic cells can be configured to fit a variety of robot applications, helping integrators, OEMs and manufacturers save time and cost with a complete robot and stand. This cost-effective solution allows for quick and easy setups, high performance and accuracy, safety-first functionality and maximum portability for job shops and larger production environments. With its flexible options, the LoadMate Plus can be used for pick-and-place, inspection, assembly, packing or a variety of other applications.

These robotic cells are compatible with a variety of Mitsubishi robots. Customers get the right robot for their job or application, whether they need fully cooperative operation (Assista), are budget minded (RV8), or require larger load capacity or longer reach (RV13/RV20).

Customers using Mitsubishi Electric M8 series CNC can enjoy extra benefits, including quick interface via Ethernet, as well as easy robot control and programming through CNC screens and G-Code. This allows existing CNC operators to handle setup and changes to robot programming, without needing robot programming experience or specialists.
