QC Conveyors Flextrac Series sturdy modular plastic chain conveyors fit the curves, elevation changes and space constraints of manufacturing plants. Multiple curves, inclines and declines can be included in a single conveyor. Flextrac Series’ flexible design can adapt to factory growth and application changes by simply adding, removing or reconfiguring components. They can be configured to meet the needs of almost any application, including gripper elevators and alpine conveyors.

These space-saving conveyors can handle the challenges of factory automation applications, whether fitting into new spaces or integrating existing machinery. Plastic chain offers many of the same features of flat belts, but with the ability to make turns and elevation changes within a single conveyor. Each Flextrac Series conveyor is designed from building blocks including straight sections, horizontal curves and vertical bends that combine to create an overall system customized to fit exact needs.

In addition to their overall durability, the modular pieces can be replaced individually rather than replacing the entire belt. To simplify integration, conveyor frames feature a t-slot for mounting accessories, supports and guides. The IS125-FT plastic chain conveyor is also available. The plastic chain allows for heavier loads, higher speeds, non-slip belt movement, consistent tracking and longer conveyors while maintaining the versatility and reliability of QC’s other 125 conveyors. The laser-cut, 10-gauge steel frame includes wear strips that allow for smooth, quiet belt movement and continuous belt tracking. Precision roller bearings offer greater load capacity and longer life, using a solid lubricant that eliminates the need for bearing re-lubrication for the life of the bearing.
